Great Outdoors is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Project Coordinator to oversee landscaping and outdoor construction projects throughout the Ann Arbor, MI area.

We are looking for a strong leader with landscape construction experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage landscape and outdoor construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Order and manage materials, equipment, and labor resources
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and productivity
- Communicate project updates and expectations with clients
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Invoice customers, track P&L, and analyze SPH (Sales per Hour) for landscape projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Resolve project challenges while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Complete project documentation and project closeout activities
Qualifications
Required
- Experience supervising crews and managing multiple projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Budgeting and scheduling experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Calendar management and/or scheduling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Administrative support experience
- Operations experience
- Basic bookkeeping experience and strong math skills
- Proficient using computers and technology, particularly G-Suite and Google Sheets
Preferred
- Experience with hardscape, irrigation, drainage, grading, and planting projects
- Estimating or project management and accounting software experience (Preferably LMN and quickbooks)
- Landscape, horticulture, or construction management background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
